Amelia is the creator of Squid. She was once good friends with Dallin.

History (in-game)

Amelia taught Dallin how to make AI, leading to the creation of Unicorn.

Amelia was framed for the Metal Angels Incident, and detained by The Regime. She was forced to work on an AI for the Regime called Squid. She became close with Squid, and told him everything through a secret language. Squid even shut down on purpose so that Amelia would have to come to fix him. Squid, however, started to become confused. Amelia told him moral values, opposed the Regime and didn't abuse him, while the Regime abused him and told him their war plans.

Later, Amelia realised her mistake of constructing Squid. The Regime could use him to take control of the entire world and spy on everything. Squid, after hearing the Regime's plans, shut down so Amelia would have to come to fix him. Amelia told Squid to delete himself for the sake of the world - which angered Squid to the point of asking the guards to execute her.

Years later, Unicorn synthesised an Amelia NPC from Dallin's memories. However, since Dallin did not experience her creating Squid, she had no memory of the experience.
