Spikes are one of the many obstacles in Will You Snail?.

Behaviour

Spikes will appear a set distance in front of you, along your predicted path. They will deploy at the perfect time so that when you are under them, they will pop up and kill you.

Strategy

To avoid the spikes, jitter your movement in different directions. The prediction algorithm will be confused, and place the spike away from your path or behind you.
